Linking innovation to value

No doubt AI is becoming more and more valuable with new use cases by the day. This is where you have to define how you can provide an exchange of value in this new market place.

New categories are going to open up that don’t exist now.

Here’s a quick recap of the previous week:

Regardless of what you’re building I highly recommend incorporating a newsletter so you can communicate with your community reliably.

DEEP DIVE

Sell AI created PDF guides

Let’s face it, there’s a decrease in attention spans and high expectations for content.

So why are we talking about and AI created PDF guide?

This won’t be your typical PDF, let me show you how you can get started:

Scribe AI

Scribe AI allows you to create documentation for a process.

In the past if I was trying to teach someone how to create a funnel for example I would have to take screenshot after screenshot or long Loom videos. Both weren’t as efficient as what Scribe AI now offers.

Step 1: Download the Chrome extension

First off you’re going to download the chrome extension.

Step 2: Record a sequence of moments with the tool

For this example I created a quick guide on how to use Tweethunter’s engage with people feature.

While this is a simple example you can create a 30 step sequence moving from multiple apps, screens and tools.

Step 3: Customize

Once you have your sequence you can edit the screen shots, add additional details, remove sensitive information, and add your branding.

Step 4: Share your PDF

Now you can export as PDF and start using it to monetize your guide.

Step 5: Monetize

Here’s a few ways you can start monetizing your PDFs:

1. Create step-by-step PDF tutorials showing how to use popular apps and software using a screen recording tool. Sell the tutorial PDFs on your website or Gumroad. Promote them to your audience on social media and in your newsletter.

2. Record quick how-to guides for mobile apps and upload them to YouTube. Enable monetization on the videos to earn income from the YouTube Partner Program. Share the videos on relevant online forums and communities.

3. Write in-depth guides explaining how to use complicated software or tools. Publish them on your blog or Medium. Once you have enough guides, compile them into an ebook and sell it on Amazon, Gumroad or your own site.

4. Offer live online training or webinars teaching people how to use apps you're an expert in. Charge for access to the virtual workshops through a platform like Teachable. Market to your email list and on LinkedIn.

That’s it!

Keep in mind that so many people are beginners and the guide you think wouldn’t valuable because it’s too simple might be a godsend for someone else.

Buying a new domain, creating a website, getting a logo made etc. for most people is a complicated process.

Ask you audience what they struggle with the most and create the solution for them.
